Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return or an exchange.

Please contact us as soon as possible at swin2023@hotmail.com to resolve the issue.

Shipping fee may be incurred when returning the item. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. It will be deducted from the original refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just contact us at swin2023@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any questions! We will try our best to resolve any issues.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on special promotional items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to return the item you received. Once the return is confirmed and accepted, we will then proceed with the new shipment.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the original amount subtracted by the return shipping cost back to your original payment method.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
